So, the other day I shared that I love Nativity scenes. I think having a nativity scene (or multiple nativity scenes) displayed proudly during the Christmas season is a great way to remind everyone that Jesus is the reason for the season. Well, another very important Christmas tradition in our family is sending Christmas cards to our loved ones.
It would be great if we could see everyone we love on Christmas Day, but that just isn’t possible, especially because we don’t live near our family. So the next best things is sending a Christmas card to let those most important to us know that we love them and we are thinking of them during this special time of year.
Rusty and I have a little bit of a background in graphic design, so each year, we work together to design our Christmas card. I think it makes it even a little more special because its custom to us and can really reflect our family.
The only problem with sending out Christmas cards each year is all the work it takes to collect addresses, and then address, stamp, and seal each card. It all just takes so long! But this year to make the process just a little but easier I used a rubber address stamp for the return address on each card and it really made things easier.
The really cute address stamp I used this year is from Purple Lemon Designs. They offer so many different designs including Christmas themed stamps. I chose to go with a neutral design that I can use all year.
Something else that I love about Purple Lemon Designs is how quick they responded to me and how fast I received my custom stamp. Within days of contacting them, I had a proof ready to approve and then after just another day or two, a shipping notification popped up in my email. There is nothing worse than being excited for a package that takes weeks to show up and that did not happen with this company.
If you are sending out Christmas cards this year, I highly recommend you check out Purple Lemon Designs
for a custom return address stamp. Check out their website for design options and get started. Trust me, having this stamp will make your life so much easier.
For our family’s safety, we have blurred out part of our address in the photographs.
